Focus Consulting Sp. z o.o., founded in 2013, specialises in obtaining EU grants for clients. Our services cover all aspects of the process, from choosing the most advantageous EU competition for the client, through the detailed development of documents for the EU grant application, and effective communication with EU institutions, to the correct management and settlement of the received funds.
We operate nationwide and offer our services to international clients in English. Thanks to our experience, the network of partners, and relationships with investors, we also offer assistance in obtaining funding for your own contribution.

Our team
Our experts prepared approximately 300 EU applications with project values ranging from approximately PLN 50,000 to over PLN 130 million. They are people with professional experience:
- In a directorial, managerial, or expert position in an institution managing EU programmes and evaluating submitted applications for funding.
- In the management and disbursement of EU funds in companies from more than a dozen different sectors of the economy.
- In financial and market analysis gained through experience in strategic consulting, banking, and the analysis of potential acquisitions of companies in Europe as well as in the United States.
In addition, we have created a group of experts and scientists specialising in technological innovation, research, and development (including artificial intelligence), who are able to help verify the investment idea in terms of the technical feasibility of the project, the workload of the project team, and cost estimation.
